• I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

  You will receive the order confirmation email immediately just after placing your order. If you don’t receive that email, please check your Spam folder and see if you can locate it (Please mark “Not as Spam” to receive the emails directly into your Inbox).

• WHEN CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE AND HOW?

You can email/call us during working days hrs. with the details provided on 'Contact us' page.

• DO YOU HAVE CASH ON DELIVERY/BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Currently, Cash on delivery/Bank transfer payment option is not available. Same will be available in near future.

•  HOW DO I REFUND ORDER?

You need to contact our customer service for order cancellation. You can contact us through email, chat or call. ( Check Refund Policy ).

• HOW DO I USE MY COUPON CODE?

You need to enter your coupon code in the correct field at the cart page. Please make sure that no additional spaces are added when you paste code.

Coupon code is applicable only on product price, not on shipping charges and custom fees.

• WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

AllPositiveProducts raised the highest quality products from the global list of partners and artists. After ordering, it will take 3-5 business days to process and ship  the order if you order fast shipping . After that, it takes 7 to 12 business days for delivery depending on your location.
